Kilternan Adult Education is run by a voluntary committee, drawn from the local community, who work to provide lifelong learning opportunities in a welcoming friendly environment.

Autumn term 2026

Enrolling for Kilternan Adult Education is now online only. Please contact us by phone or email in advance of enrolling day if you need help or advice on choosing a course.

All Art classes (only) will open for enrolment at 10 am on Monday, 7 September 2026.

All other classes (Yoga, Photography, Enjoying English, Genealogy, Crochet, Gardening) will open for enrolment at 11 am on the same day, Monday, 7 September 2026.

Using the above link select “All Classes” and scroll to your preferred choice. If the class is full, please click on “Waiting List”, straight away to register your interest and if a place becomes available we will contact you.


  • Fee: 1.5 Hour Class €70, 2 Hour Class €90.
  • Term: 10 weeks.
  • Classes commence the week beginning Monday, 21st September.
  • Mid-term break: closed for one week, 26-30 October.
