Chair yoga is a form of yoga that adapts traditional poses so they can be performed while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It is especially beneficial for people with limited mobility, seniors, office workers, or anyone looking for a low-impact way to stay active and mindful.
Note this is an evening class.
