Pilates is a contemporary approach to exercise. It is excellent for injury rehabilitation, spine and back care, pelvic floor and diaphragm function. It can strengthen and tone muscle, relieve stress and tension, improve flexibility, posture, balance and enhance coordination.
Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, improved digestion, well-being and the development of everything from personal posture to spiritual awakening.
Yogalates is a combination of both practices.
Classes are suitable for beginner to intermediate level.
I am working in the Health and Fitness industry for over 20 years and have gained a vast range of knowledge having worked both abroad and in Ireland.
I believe that everyone deserves to live their healthiest and happiest life, and my mission is to help you achieve that.
